About me

I’m Fi Craig, an academically qualified and professionally accredited behavioural change coach. But I also have 20+ years of lived experience at the coalface of creative agency life: managing clients, leading teams, shaping businesses.

Behind that, I’m a working parent to two teenagers, and have navigated a career through the challenges of flexible, part-time, remote, freelance, permanent and self-employed work.

In 2020 I enrolled in the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School, part of the University of Reading. This course is a blend of academic and theoretical rigour, practical experience and supported self-reflection. And it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done!

I became a coach because I believe passionately in the miraculous potential of the average human being, and I recognise that we all need some help in making the investment and commitment needed to achieve our professional goals. In essence, I want to be the person I wish I’d had earlier in my career.

In addition, I’m a qualified Mental Health First Aider, and a mentor for Kerning the Gap, and Henley Business School. I also provide pro-bono coaching hours via start up initiative More Happi.

My work means I can provide the time, space, and conditions that allow you to get closer to where you want to go.

This 9-month course is triple accredited by the Association of Coaching, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the International Coaching Federation.

“I went to Fi for coaching as I was going through a transition in terms of my business. Circumstances outside of work had made me realise that my business wasn’t tying in with my core values and I was burning out trying to make it all work.

I knew I needed to make a change and asked my friends for advice. But in the end, I realised I needed proper support in finding answers for myself.

Fi was brilliant. She has this rare balance of being no-nonsense while also being warm. Her questioning and gentle unpicking helped me get to the core of what is important to me – and enabled me to uncover what I knew deep down I needed to do.

The clarity I found with Fi enabled me to make some bold moves. I stepped back from my business, confidently explored new options and have since set up a new company. Now I am calmer, more focused, and open to trying new things (even if I don’t know how they will work out).

Building something new and following a truer path isn’t easy. But it’s great to know Fi can help me with bumps in the road as I move forward. .”
